The investor purchased 57.41 million ESTA shares, acquiring 72.25% of the company's shares. The share acquisition transaction was then resumed by PT Arthakencana Rayatama by adding 3.94 million shares of the fuel distributor business PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) to its share collection. Then, foreign investor UOB Kay Hian Private Limited purchased 21.40 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO), an integrated shrimp agriculture enterprise.
