Debuting, Harta Djaja Karya to issue 480 million in IPO
JAKARTA. PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA), a building architecture and interior design consultancy service provider, will issue 480 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The number of shares that will be issued by MEJA is equal to 25.03% of total issued and paid-up capital post-IPO. Each share is valued at IDR 20 per share, and will be offered within a price range of IDR 100 to IDR 103 each.
Assuming that MEJA will proceed with the highest offering price of IDR 103 per share, MEJA will potentially rake in IDR 49.44 billion of fresh funds from the IPO.
MEJA has named PT MNC Sekuritas as the lead underwriter. The book building will last until January 24, 2024. The public offering will then follow from January 31 to February 5, 2024, before finally being listed on the board on February 7, 2024.
According to IDNFinancials data, as of now, 69.55% of MEJA are controlled by PT Interra Djaja Karya. Then, another 30% belong to PT Wahana Investa Niaga, while the remaining 0.45% goes to Richie Adrian Hartanto Suryadi. (KR/ZH)
