JAKARTA – The stock of PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA), a real estate developer and managing company, soared 34.26% until yesterday’s (22/1) closing bell. It has increased 20.83% since its debut on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in early second half of 2023.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (23/1), it significantly shifted to its peak at closing time, of IDR 145 per share, and arrived as the top of 10 other top gainers in the capital market. GRIA recorded the lowest price of IDR 108 per share, which was the same level as the closing price last Friday (19/1).

The volume of transaction hit 121.53 million shares, recorded within 10,673 transactions worth IDR 16.94 billion. This achievement soared compared to last Friday (19/1), in which the transaction volume only reached 825,900 shares, carried out in 15 transactions worth only IDR 89.21 million. The closing price was its highest price yet since its debut last year (23/8), offering the shares for IDR 120 each at that time.

For the record, this issuer realised IDR 202.6 billion from its allocated budget of IDR 35.07 billion for the construction of Proyek Mahakam Grande City (MGC) in Lok Bahu, Samarinda. The fund source for this project originates from the proceeds of its IPO, amounting to IDR 203.55 billion. (LK/ZH)
