JAKARTA - On Friday, January 19, the board of commissioners and directors of the tourism consulting services company PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) participated in buying PANR shares. Commissioner Dharmayanto Tirtawisata bought 69.24 million shares of PANR, followed by the main commissioner, Satrijanto Tirtawisata, who purchased 14.65 million shares of the same company. Not only that, both the main director and deputy main director, Budijanto Tirtawisata and Ramajanto Tirtawisata, continued to purchase 11.71 million and 11.32 million PANR shares, respectively. In contrast, PT Panorama Tirta Anugerah's share ownership percentage changed as a result of their absence in the PANR's rights issue, as it now dropped from 47.38% to 44.68%.

Individual investor Jemmy Kurniawan then continued to buy shares, adding 375 million shares of PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk (MEDS) to his stock portfolio, and now owning 60% of the medical equipment manufacturing and trade company. PT Arthakencana Rayatama also acquired 20.30 million shares of fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA).

On the share sale list, two investors sold shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO): GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 11.08 million shares, and SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd, which sold 1.71 million. Antonyo Hartono Tanujaya then became the sole individual investor to complete a share sale transaction, selling 7.76 million shares of PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk (GPSO), which provides geographic information services.
