JAKARTA - PT Samcro Hyosung Adiwisata Tbk (ACRO), which manufactures and trades hook and loop adhesive products, has recently received a new investment from private investor Tae Sung Chung, who purchased 2.72 billion shares on Monday, January 22. Tae Sung Chung now owns approximately 78.41% of the company as a result of the transaction. Aside from that, PT Sandi Usaha Jaya became a new investor in the property company PT Surya Permata Andalan Tbk (NATO), purchasing 405.67 million shares for a final ownership percentage of 5.07%.

Furthermore, PT MNC Sekuritas increased its stake in property company PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) by purchasing 193.92 million shares. Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, acquired 55.10 million shares of technology and digital business PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH), followed by PT Basis Utama Prima, which purchased 15.17 million shares of integrated energy provider PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA). The share purchase list was then closed by PT Arthakencana Rayatama, who purchased another 1.18 million shares of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) in the petroleum distribution sector.

Meanwhile, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 89.42 million shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), leaving a 5.41% stake. DB Spore SES CLT A/C NTAsian Discovery Master Fund also released 4.95 million shares of the leasing business PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN). Finally, two investors' share ownership in PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) continues to drop as a result of the banking company's rights issue. JPMCB NA RE-Cathay Life Insurance now controls only 12.35% of MAYA shares, which had been down previously by around 6%, followed by Galasco Investments Limited, whose shares fell from 8.19% to 8.15%. The two investors chose to skip the right issue, resulting in a decrease in percentage even though they kept the same number of shares. (KD)
