JAKARTA - PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) recorded additional capital worth IDR 52 billion via a rights issue that took place last week (18/1). Five shareholders joined in exercising rights over 130.14 million shares for IDR 400 per share in this corporate action.

Based on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data compiled by IDNFinancials today (25/1), shareholders that participate in this rights issue are Satrijanto Tirtawisata of IDR 5.86 billion, Dharmayanto Tirta Wisata of IDR 3.74 billion, Budijanto Tirtawisata of IDR 4.68 billion, Ramajanto Tirtawisata of IDR 4.52 billion, and PT Panorama Tirta Anugerah of IDR 33.18 billion.

Percentage of ownership of participating shareholders are Satrijanto Tirtawisata of 7.81%, Dharmayanto Tirta Wisata of 4.99%, Budijanto Tirtawisata of 6.25%, Ramajanto Tirtawisata of 6.04%, and PT Panorama Tirta Anugerah of 44.25%.

Previously, this issuer plans to raise fresh funds of IDR 75 billion via rights issue of 187.5 million shares from January 8 to 19, 2024. The closing price of PANR’s shares on January 18 was IDR 444 per share. The highest and lowest price were recorded at IDR 448 and IDR 436 per share. (LK/ZH)
