JAKARTA. PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia (HTK), a subsidiary of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS), has reportedly divested one mooring boat for IDR 160 billion.

N. Henu Kusdaryono, President Director of HITS, revealed that said asset is transferred to Rakhmat Mulyana, a non-affiliated individual. “The transaction is not categorised as affiliate transaction as stated in the Financial Services Authority Regulations (POJK),” Kusdaryono said in the official disclosure.

According to IDNFinancials data, HITS recorded total assets of USD 265.41 billion as of September 2023. They consisted of USD 86.68 billion of current assets and USD 178.72 million of non-current assets.

HITS suffered a loss of USD 1.21 million as of September 2023, while its total equity reached USD 106.72 million (KR/ZH)
