MMIX secures credit facility of IDR 59 billion from Bank Aladin
JAKARTA. PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk (MMIX), a health device supplier, has been granted a loan facility from PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk (BANK) worth IDR 59 billion.
Mengky Mangarek, President Director of MMIX, mentioned that said facility will be given in the form of Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) loan. This loan will then be used to refinance the company’s assets in the form of landbank.
The listed object for the profit-sharing of this loan facility is lease revenue of MMIX’s landbank. “The yield is equal to 11% per annum,” added Mangarek in its official disclosure.
For the record, the total loan facility is equal to 31% of MMIX’s total equity as of September 30, 2023. According to IDNFinancials data, its total equity at that period was recorded at IDR 190.33 billion.
In the meantime, MMIX’s total assets were recorded at IDR 248.61 billion, with cash and bank of IDR 17.21 billion. (KR/ZH)
