JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) recorded third party funds (DPK) of IDR 810.73 trillion throughout 2023, up 5.4% from the same period in 2022 of IDR 769.26 billion.

In the 2023 Financial Report quoted on Monday (29/1), Royke Tumilaar, President Director of BNI, said that the DPK consists of a current account and savings account (CASA) of IDR 577.47 trillion and time deposits of IDR 233.25 trillion. The deposit segment contributed the highest growth of 10.1% to DPK, up from IDR 211.94 trillion in the previous year. Meanwhile, the CASA segment grew 3.6% compared to 2022 amounting to IDR 557.32 trillion.

On the other hand, this issuer disbursed loans of IDR 695.08 trillion, growing 7.6% from the 2022 credit distribution of IDR 646.18 trillion. The largest credit disbursement for the business banking segment was IDR 561.6 trillion and consumer IDR 124.5 trillion.

In the business banking segment, the largest credit for corporate private was IDR 264.6 trillion, followed by medium IDR 109.6 trillion, corporate state owned enterprise (SOE) IDR 102.4 trillion, and small IDR 84.9 trillion.

Meanwhile, the total assets of this state-owned bank rose 5.5% to IDR 1.08 quadrillion from IDR 1.02 quadrillion. Non-performing loans (NPL) recorded minus 0.7% to IDR 2.1 trillion from the previous IDR 2.8 trillion. (LK/LM)
