JAKARTA. PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR), an investment company with total assets under management of IDR 33.3 trillion, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 18.5 per share.

This plan is in accordance with the decision of the AMOR Board of Directors and Commissioners Meeting, which was held several days ago. At the meeting, it was agreed to distribute interim dividends to investors who own company shares on the recording date of February 13, 2024.

According to idnfinancials.com data, the number of AMOR shares outstanding as of September 30, 2023 was recorded at 2.22 billion shares. Thus, the total interim dividend that will be distributed by the company is around IDR 41.11 billion.

Currently, 60.68% of AMOR shares are controlled by Ashmore Investment Management Limited. PT Adikarsa Sarana owns 13.05% of the shares, Ronaldus Gandahusada 6.3%, FX Eddy Hartanto 5.63%, Arief Cahyadi Wana 5.4%, Steven Satya Yudha 0.01%, and public investors 9.18%. (KR/LM)
