JAKARTA - PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) just welcomed PT Solusi Karya Sukses as a new investor on Friday, January 26, after the investor purchased 710.43 million BULL shares of the local and international shipping sector company. Solusi Karya now owns 5.03% of the shares of BULL as a result of this transaction. Furthermore, foreign investors Blooming Years Pte Ltd continued to buy shares, adding 1.50 million shares of baby clothes retailer PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY) to their portfolio.

In the trading and rental of communications equipment, PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO) shares were purchased for 5 million shares by PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara with a final ownership percentage of 10.75%. With the purchase of under 1 million shares, PT Arthakencana Rayatama bought 825,100 shares of fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), while individual investor Yeti Sopandi bought 521,800 shares of property company PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA).

On the other hand, another individual investor, Ikra Zama Dinnata, was observed selling 6.80 million shares of PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), which specialises in customised vehicle production and construction, leaving a 13.17% ownership stake. Several foreign investors also participated in share sales, including CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd, which sold 40 million shares of energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), and BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds, which sold 152,000 shares of sanitizer product manufacturer PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO). Furthermore, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 28.86 million shares of the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). PT Global Mediacom Tbk then became the last investor on the market hint list, selling 22.10 million shares of integrated media business PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN). (KD)
