JAKARTA. PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS), has signed a cooperation agreement regarding the distribution of Foton vehicles.

Said agreement was signed by PT Indomobil Global Transportasi (IGTR) as a subsidiary of IMAS, along with Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. In this document, IGTR was assigned as the distributor of Foton vehicles.

“Along with after sales services, including spare parts and accessories, in the domain of Republic of Indonesia,” added Jusak Kertowidjojo, President Director of IMAS, in the official disclosure.

Kertowidjojo further mentioned that this collaboration will drive Indomobil Group’s business performance by adding the variation of vehicles marketed to its consumers.

According to IDNFinancials data, Beiqi Foton Motor are widely known as Foton or BFC in the automotive scene. This Chinese vehicle manufacturer also produces vehicles under the brand Auman. (KR/ZH)
