JAKARTA - On Tuesday, January 30, PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) made a fresh investment in PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN). MEDC then purchased 15.16 billion shares of AMMN, gaining 20.92% ownership of the gold and copper mining corporation. Aside from that, Six Sis Ltd. invested 434.51 million new shares in PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal mining contractor services company with a final ownership percentage of 5.04%.

PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara then bought 4 million shares of the communications equipment trading and rental company PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO), followed by PT Goldfive Investment Capital, which bought 2.50 million shares of the marine and logistics services company PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML). Maybank Singapore Limited, a Singapore-based foreign investor, also purchased 1.55 million shares in the palm oil company PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk.

On the contrary, three other foreign investors reduced their shareholdings instead. Prinsep Management Limited was seen selling 9.45 million shares of palm oil producer PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA), while CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 500,000 shares of property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD). Furthermore, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 611.28 million shares in the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. In the sports business, specifically football club management, individual investor Pieter Tanuri sold 29.25 million shares of PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk (BOLA). PT Cetak Biru Kapital then completed the list of market hints by selling 11.10 million shares of PT Berkah Prima Perkasa Tbk (BLUE), which trades computer equipment and stationery. (KD)
