JAKARTA – Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) gained strength and arrived at 7,229.24 at the opening bell this morning (6/2) at 9 AM WIB. Yesterday (5/2), the index was seen resting at 7,198.61 at closing bell.

Based on monitored Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data, JCI remained at the green zone until 11.30 AM WIB. The Index touched 7,241.90 at 9.10 AM WIB before slipping to 7,226.57 at 11 AM WIB.

Today’s morning session saw JCI climbing from Tuesday’s (30/1) position at 7,192.22. It has shown consistent positive trend for the past week until the sixth day of February 2024.

Other indexes that reportedly increased during the morning session are LQ45, up 0.84% to 983.647, IDXLQ45LCL that also moved up 0.78% to 138.131, IDX30 up 0.88% to 499.612, and IDX80 up 0.60% to 132.857. (LK/ZH)
