TBMS to schedule stock split, setting ratio to 1:2
JAKARTA - PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk (TBMS) will issue a stock split with a ratio of 1:2, meaning that IDR 50 each will be split into two of IDR 25.
In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (7/1), Erni Yunita Sari, Corporate Secretary of TBMS, confirmed that after the stock split, the shares will double to 734.68 million from the previous 367.34 million shares. The stock split had been approved by shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders last week (26/1).
The last transaction day using the outdated value in the regular and negotiation market is next week (15/2), while the beginning of transaction with the new value is the next day, on February 16. In the cash market, the new value will be applicable starting from February 20.
TBMS arrived at IDR 2,480 per share during today’s (7/2) closing bell. The lowest it went was IDR 2,520, and the peak was recorded at IDR 2,460 per share. The transaction volume reached 60,000 within 46 transactions worth IDR 148.93 million.
Until December 2023, the controlling shareholders owned 76.23% of the shares, while the remaining 23.77% of TBMS belonged to non-controllers. The ultimate beneficial owner of TBMS is Elly Soepono. (LK/ZH)
