Resources Fortune becomes a new investor in Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera (NSSS) after purchasing 1.48 billion shares
JAKARTA - PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), which operates in the agriculture and palm oil plantation sectors, welcomed Resources Fortune Ltd. as a new investor on Friday, February 2. Resources Fortune purchased 1.48 billion NSSS shares as part of its new share investment, giving it 6.24% share ownership. However, at the same time, PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul sold 500 million NSSS shares instead, leaving a share ownership of around 44.84%.
Several individual investors then continued the share purchase transaction, starting with Fathi, who purchased 153.20 million shares of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA), a company engaged in the fields of general contracting. Two other individual investors were observed purchasing shares in the oil filter company PT Anugerah Spareparts Sejahtera Tbk (AEGS), Handoko with 2 million shares and Muhammad Rizki with 1 million shares. Not only that, but the last share purchase was made by PT Arthakencana Rayatama, which bought 2.77 million shares of the fuel distributor company PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA).
Furthermore, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 140.69 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while PT Aims Indo Investama sold 2 million shares of PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (AIMS) in the coal trading industry. Sabana Prawirawidjaja, an individual investor and president and director of the beverage company PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ), sold 6.80 million shares of his company.
