JAKARTA - On Monday, February 5, shares of PT Hassana Boga Sejahtera Tbk (NAYZ), a baby food company, changed hands. PT Hassana Investa Utama transferred 320 million NAYZ shares to PT Asia Intrainvesta, resulting in a final ownership of 28.24%. Interestingly, Hassana Investa retained approximately 28.24% of its stake.

Furthermore, PT Daaz Bara Lestari became a new investor in the onshore and offshore drilling services business PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX), purchasing 179.22 million shares for 6.33% ownership. Individual investors also participated in the following stock purchases: Sabana Prawirawidjaja, president and director of beverage company PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ), purchased 6.80 million shares of his company, bringing his total ownership to 34.39%. Aside from that, Fathi purchased 2.36 million shares of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA) in the fields of general contractor for construction projects, mechanical engineering, geotechnical engineering, interior design, and official furniture, followed by Edwin Soeryadjaya, who purchased 1.12 million shares of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) in the active investment sector.

Furthermore, two investors sold shares of the oil palm plantation firm PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) at the same time: PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul sold 720 million NSSS shares, and Resources Fortune Ltd sold 2 million shares of the issuer. Two foreign investors then concluded the list of market hints by selling shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), notably SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd, which sold 250 million GOTO shares, and GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 66.54 million shares.
