JAKARTA - PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) sets the marketing sales target to IDR 2.5 trillion in 2024. The target goes beyond the realisation of marketing sales in 2023 of IDR 2.21 trillion.

In the press release quoted today (13/2), Muljadi Suganda, Corporate Secretary of Jababeka, revealed that the marketing sales in 2024 are projected to originate from a joint venture in Kendal of IDR 1.35 trillion and Cikarang area of IDR 1.50 trillion.

“The marketing sales in Cikarang include developed land sales and industrial buildings of IDR 750 billion, as well as residential and commercial products of IDR 400 billion,” he added.

In 2023, KIJA recorded marketing sales realisation of IDR 2.21 trillion, 29% higher than IDR 1.72 trillion in 2022 and surpassing the previously set target of IDR 2 trillion.

The primary contributor of marketing sales in 2023 was the joint venture in Kendal, generating IDR 1.24 trillion, secured from selling 84.7 hectares (Ha) and 68% higher than IDR 737.2 billion recorded in 2022. In this area, foreign investors dominated 81% of total marketing sales, while local investors chipped in the remaining 19%.

Meanwhile, marketing sales in Cikarang reached IDR 913.7 billion, from a 28-Ha land. It primarily came from the sale of developed land of 26.2 Ha for IDR 558.3 billion and factory of IDR 53.9 billion, bringing the total to IDR 612.2 billion. In this area, domestic contributed 52% of the marketing sales, followed by 48% from foreign investors, especially Chinese investors. (LK/ZH)
