JAKARTA – The stock of PT Bumi Benowo Sukses Sejahtera Tbk (BBSS) sat at the top of the gainers’ list at the end of yesterday’s (19/2) session. The stock went up 28.21% or increased IDR 22 per share.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (20/2), BBSS was closed at IDR 100 per share, growing from the closing price recorded last week (16/2) at IDR 78 per share. The peak was seen at IDR 102, while the lowest transaction price was at IDR 78 per share.

The transaction volume reached 64.91 million shares, recorded within 2,770 transactions worth IDR 6.25 billion. Foreign investors were seen quite enthusiastic in raking in gains, as indicated by high number of divestments following positive sentiment in BBSS. Foreign sell and foreign buy clocked up to 2.45 million and 2.75 million shares.

Meanwhile, PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII) was seen crawling up to the runner-up spot following 22.57% increase in stock price. It increased to IDR 505, up IDR 93 from the previous IDR 412 per share. The highest and lowest transaction price were recorded at IDR 510 and IDR 388 per share.

Total transaction volume was 219.11 million, recorded within 26,058 transactions worth IDR 100.76 billion. ALII’s upturn encouraged investors to divest more, as indicated with foreign sell of 17.23 million and foreign buy of 15.01 million shares. (LK/ZH)
