JAKARTA - PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII) bagged dividend income of IDR 49.24 billion for the fiscal year 2023 from its subsidiary, PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen (BPAM).

Jenny Sutio, Corporate Secretary of BPII, confirmed that the dividend was secured from BPAM yesterday (22/2).

BPAM is a subsidiary owned by BPII with stock ownership of 82.08%, equal to 79,998 shares. The company recorded total assets of IDR 201.91 billion as of September 2023.

As of January 2023, BPII’s shares were reported at 21.29 million, with controllers claiming 86.15% and non-controllers, 13.85%. The ultimate beneficial owners of these shares are Kartini Jusup and the controller of controlling shareholder of BPII, Star Malacca Pte Ltd, which has 177.97 million shares. (LK/ZH)
