JAKARTA - PT Cahayaputra Asa Keramik Tbk (CAKK) received IDR 36.22 billion from the sale of 97,905 m2 of vacant land in Ciampel, Karawang, West Java.

In the disclosure of information quoted on Monday (26/2), the issuer sold its land to PT Kobin Keramik Industri (KKI), a company located in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto, East Java. CAKK and KKI are affiliated because they are owned by the same shareholder, PT Tancorp Bangun Indonesia (TBI).

The transaction value is equivalent to 16.73% of the company's total equity as of September 2023 of IDR 216.47 billion. CAKK's authorized capital was recorded at IDR 350 billion and issued and paid-up capital of IDR 120.33 billion. TBI owns 62.55% of the issued and fully paid capital of IDR 120.33 billion, PT Marissi Idola Sumber Sejahtera (MISS) 20.05%, and the public 17.40%.

As of September 2023, the issuer's total assets were recorded at IDR 466.09 billion, higher than the total assets as of December 2022 of IDR 447.97 billion. Total liabilities were IDR 249.61 billion, higher than IDR 195.44 billion in December 2022. (LK/LM)
