JAKARTA - On Monday, February 26, foreign investors sold the most shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). A total of 1.18 billion GOTO shares were sold, for a net volume of -580.47 million. This share sale contributed to the foreign sale volume, which totaled 3.13 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign buy volume was only 2.64 billion shares, bringing the net foreign volume to -495.94 million shares.

The second most-sold share was reported by the advertising services company PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH), whose shares were sold for 78.19 million shares, and the net foreign was -43.17 million shares. In the pharmaceutical industry, about 44.67 million shares of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) were sold, for a net volume of -32.86 million shares. Furthermore, the sales of 30.85 million shares of the oil and gas distributor business PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) and 62.59 million shares of the integrated media company PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) resulted in a net volume of nearly -30 million shares each.

Meanwhile, the list of share purchase transactions was dominated by purchases of more than 100 million shares, starting with 151.57 million shares of shipping business PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) for a net volume of 139.41 million. Then there were two issuers that reported a net volume of around 99 million shares each: the electric vehicle manufacturing company PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), with 187.23 million shares of foreign buy volume, and the renewable energy company PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), with 104.76 million shares. PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares in the coal mining industry were then purchased, totaling as many as 178.61 million shares, resulting in a net volume of 83.92 million shares. Finally, foreign investors acquired 84.75 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) in the energy resources infrastructure sector, with a net volume of 51.21 million shares.
