JAKARTA - On Tuesday, February 27, foreign investors were actively selling shares, making the foreign sales volume surge to around 4.15 billion shares. With foreign buying volume at only 3.02 billion shares, net foreign volume dropped dramatically to -1.12 billion shares. As on the previous day, the most sold shares were those of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), with 2.09 billion shares sold and a net volume of -1.04 billion shares.

In second place on the share sales list, shares of the airline carrier PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) were sold for 88.70 million shares with a net volume of -64.12 million. Then, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) shares in the telecommunications sector were sold for 103.42 million shares, leaving a net volume of -55.73 million. The oil and gas distributor company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS)'s shares were also sold for 40.70 million shares with a net volume of -34.70 million shares, followed by the sale of 32.69 million shares of the paint producer company PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) for a net volume of -24.88 million shares.

Furthermore, share purchase transactions for domestic and foreign shipping services company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) occupied the first place in the share buy list, where foreign investors bought 145.42 million shares and recorded a net volume of 97.54 million shares. PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) shares in the renewable energy sector were then purchased for 117.69 million shares, for a net volume of 65.76 million shares. With a net volume of 64.43 million shares, 159.05 million shares of the electric vehicle manufacturing business PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) were acquired. Furthermore, approximately 155.86 million shares of the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were bought, with a net volume of 45.65 million shares. PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares in the coal mining sector are listed last on the top buy list, with 172.44 million shares purchased and a net volume of 44.95 million shares. (KD)
