JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) will hold its fourth General Meeting of Sukuk Holders (GMSU) related to Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase I 2020 on April 4, 2024.

In an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (6/3), Mahendra Vijaya, Corporate Secretary of WIKA said that the RUPSU plan will take place at 10.00 am at WIKA Tower 2 in East Jakarta. The trustee in the 2022 Sukuk Phase I trustee agreement is PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA).

Last week (28/2), the issuer failed to request quorum approval from sukuk holders regarding the restructuring of the Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah II Phase I 2022 worth IDR 731.7 billion. The number of sukuk holders who agreed to WIKA's proposal was 532.2 billion votes, representing IDR 532.2 billion or 74.12%. Resolutions must be approved by 3/4 of the votes or 75% of the sukuk holders present at the AGM. (LK/LM)
