JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), a real estate and property company under Sinarmas Group, booked net profit of IDR 1.07 trillion throughout 2023, up 42.66% year-on-year (yoy).

This growth aligns with the revenue of DUTI that clcked up to IDR 3.86 trillion in 2023. Its operating income was reported increasing 28.02% yoy from the initial IDR 3.02 trillion seen in the previous year.

Some of the segments that drove DUTI’s revenue growth in 202 include land sales, residential house, shophouses, and strata title building. All of those segments contributed 80.56% to total revenue of the company, equivalent to IDR 3.11 trillion.

Meanwhile, rental segment only generated IDR 582.14 billion, which is equal to 15.07% of total revenue of DUTI.

Teky Mailola, President Director of DUTI, mentioned that the performance surge cannot be separated from the support from property holding of Sinarmas Group, Sinarmas Land. “Which provides more innovative, digital-based, and dynamic promotion and marketing,” added Mailola in the official statement.

This year, DUTI will continue to innovate in developing top quality and green products. Not only that, the company will keep seeking opportunities in alternative property segment, which is projected to be a positive trend in the future, such as logistics, multifamily built to rent, and horizontal building.

According to IDNFinancials data, DUTI’s net profit in 2023 breaks the highest net profit record within the past 4 years. Previously, its net profit only reached IDR 533.73 billion in 2020, IDR 659.89 billion in 2021, and IDR 747.55 billion in 2022. (KR/ZH)
