JAKARTA - Greylag Goose Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company (Greylag 1410) is known to have filed an application for judicial review after the Supreme Court denied the cassation appeal requesting the annulment of homologated agreement with PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA).

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (14/3), Irfan Setiaputra, President Director of Garuda Indonesia, confirmed that the company has received the memory of review deed from Greylag 1410 regarding the Supreme Court decision No.1294K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2023.

“The judicial review filed by Greylag 1410 is a further legal remedy after the submission of the cassation application, in which said plea has been rejected by the Supreme Court,” Setiaputra added.

According to Setiaputra, said cassation decision is legally biding (inkracht). Thus, the submission of this judicial review by Greylag 14010 does not necessarily cancel the decision.
