JAKARTA. PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA), an application and internet service provider, has increased the capital of its subsidiary, PT Berkah Karunia Kreasi (BKK).

Raymond Loho, President Director of DIVA, mentioned that said capital raise is carried out through the issuance of 100 thousand new shares. The total value of these newly issued shares is equal to IDR 10 billion.

Loho then said that the capital raise does not impose any material impact on operational activities or financial condition of DIVA. “This transaction supports core business of the company,” he added in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, BKK is a business entity owned by DIVA, which manages various business segments, starting from trading to construction, service, agriculture, new motorcycle sales, workshop, and printing. As of September 30, 2023, BKK’s total assets were reported at IDR 147.89 billion.

In the meantime, cash and cash equivalent owned by DIVA clocks up to IDR 82.08 billion, while total assets were recorded at IDR 1.57 trillion.

On today’s (20/3) first session, DIVA’s shares were seen weakening 4 points or 2,70% to IDR 144 per share. Meanwhile, from the beginning of the year to date (YTD), the stock has gone 96 points or 40% down. (KR/ZH)
