NCKL shareholders agree upon rights issue
JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL) has agreed upon a rights issue of a maximum 18.92 million shares or 30% of its issued and paid-up capital.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (21/3), Franssoka Yunus Sumarwi, Legal Manager & Corporate Secretary of NCKL, confirmed that the rights issue plan was approved by 99.96% of quorum of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (15/3).
The shareholders also approved the modification of the articles of association of NCKL in regard to the result of capital raise via rights issue.
As of now, NCKL’s authorised capital was at IDR 22.04 trillion, while its issued and paid-up capital worth IDR 6.30 trillion. The shareholder structure consists of PT Harita Jayaraya (HJ) of 86.48%, PT Citra Duta Jaya Makmur (CDJM) of 0.87%, and the public of 12.65%. The stock in its portfolio is worth IDR 15.73 trillion.
Next, after completing the rights issue, its issued and paid-up capital will rise to IDR 8.20 trillion with shareholders consisting of HJ of 86.48%, CDJM of 0.87%, and the public of 12.65%. The stock in portfolio will shrink to IDR 13.73 trillion. (LK/ZH)
