Putra Buana acquired 5.71% of SLJ Global (SULI) via private placement
JAKARTA - PT Putra Buana Indonesia Wood Industry purchased approximately 327.18 million shares of PT SLJ Global Tbk (SULI) on Monday, March 25. After taking part in this forestry and timber issuer's private placement, the new investor currently holds about 5.71% stake.
Moreover, PT Arthakencana Rayatama acquired an additional 35.50 million shares in PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), a fuel distributor. Individual investors also increased their holdings in several companies. These included Sabana Prawira Widjaja, who added 8 million shares of the beverage company PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Co. However, by selling 250 million shares, Tumiyana decreased the portion of his ownership in the livestock holding company, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP). His ownership decreased to 33.04% from 33.89%.
