JAKARTA - Shareholders of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF), popularly known as Adira Finance, agreed upon the allocation of IDR 972 billion for its cash dividend of the fiscal year 2023, equal to 50% of net profit scored last year.

With the number of listed shares of 1 billion as of February 29, 2024, the total dividend per share of ADMF is set to IDR 972. This number is higher than the dividend allocated for the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 803 per share.

According to the press release of Adira Finance quoted today (28/3), the dividend distribution will take place on May 2, 2024.

As mentioned above, this total amount of cash dividend is 50% of ADMF's net profit in 2023. At the end of December 2023, Adira Finance managed to score current year's net profit of IDR 1.94 trillion after securing total revenue of IDR 9.05 trillion.

All financing segments of Adira Finance, including consumer financing, murabahah financing, as well as finance leasing, also grew in 2023. Consumer financing still dominated with total channelled credits of IDR 20.68 trillion, followed by murabahah financing of IDR 5.52 trillion, and finance leasing of IDR 1.4 trillion.

Other than the dividend distribution plan, during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held last March 27, shareholders of ADMF also approved the allocation of general reserves worth IDR 19.4 billion. (ZH)
