PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia facilitated this purchase of 1.13 billion ESSA shares, giving Chang approximately 6.6% ownership. Sarana Agro Investama, which sold 462.66 million shares of PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA). As a result, this controlling shareholder's ownership percentage decreased from 95.35% to 92.5%.
