Down from last year, ROTI sets up dividend of IDR 87.67 per share
JAKARTA - PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) is allocating cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 87.67 per share, down 17.72% year-on-year (yoy) from the cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022 distributed last year of IDR 106.55 per share.
In the minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders quoted today (4/4), the cash dividend is set to IDR 500 billion in total, allocated from the entire net profit in 2023 of IDR 331.29 billion, and another IDR 168.70 billion taken out of the accumulated retained earnings. Another IDR 2 billion is then set aside as general reserves of the company.
This dividend payment will take place on April 26, distributed to the official register of shareholders as of April 23. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 19-22, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on April 23-24.
For the fiscal year 2022, the issuer allocates cash dividend of IDR 607.69 billion. The dividend allocation is made based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 432.22 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.69 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.68 trillion.
Throughout 2023, ROTI booked revenue of IDR 3.82 trillion, gross profit of IDR 2.06 trillion, and current year’s net profit of IDR 333 billion. (LK/ZH)
