BNGA to allocate dividend of IDR 3.08 trillion, up 6.52%
JAKARTA - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) is allocating dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 3.08 trillion or IDR 22.67 per share. It was 6.52% higher than the dividend for the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 2.87 trillion or IDR 115.16 per share.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (4/4), said dividend is equal to approximately 47.67% of net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 6.47 trillion. Unrestricted retained earnings were seen at IDR 3.08 trillion, and its total equity reached IDR 49.33 trillion.
The dividend will be disbursed to holders of class A and B shares, which make up 25.14 billion shares in total, on May 3, 2024. The recording date is set to April 23, while the cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on April 19-22, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on April 23.
In 2023, the issuer disbursed cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022 of 56.96% of its net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 5.04 trillion. Meanwhile, its retained earnings were at IDR 1.91 trillion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 43.76 trillion. (LK/ZH)
