KB Valbury Sekuritas increases portion in Widodo Makmur Perkasa (WMPP) and Widodo Makmur Unggas (WMUU)
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, April 2, securities company PT KB Valbury Sekuritas increased its stake in two issuers at the same time. First, this investor purchased 368.50 million shares of the livestock holding company PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), increasing its ownership from 5.69% to 6.94%. Following that, the shares in WMPP's subsidiary, the premium chicken product producer PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), were acquired. The same investor purchased approximately 234.37 million WMUU shares, bringing its ownership from 6.77% to 8.58%.
Antonyo Hartono Tanujaya, another new investor, purchased 143.03 million shares of the hospital operator PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH), representing 5.4% ownership. Another new investor, Lo Kheng Hong, purchased 137.79 million shares of investment issuer PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) from nine different securities. Furthermore, PT. Sanca Griya Modalindo, a new investor in the sea shipping and logistics services issuer PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML), acquired 92.79 million shares and now owns 5.02% of the company. However, BSML's controlling shareholder, PT. Goldfive Investment Capital, reduced its holdings by nearly 30 million.
Tan John Tanuwijaya also appeared to sell 5.07 million shares of the foundation construction issuer, PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR). Several foreign investors also reduced their stakes, beginning with GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 147.85 million shares of digital issuer PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), and Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore, which sold 8.62 million shares of telecommunications infrastructure provider PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL). On top of that, BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds released up to 469,700 shares of TOTO Japan's sole distributor, PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO). (KD)
