Waskita Karya Realty channels loan facilities to subsidiaries
JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR), a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), has distributed shareholder loan facilities to PT Waskita Modern Realty (WMR) in the amount of IDR 980 billion.
WSKT management said that this facility was provided by WKR with a term of 12 months. Meanwhile, the interest agreed upon by WKR and WMR is 10% per year.
"With this shareholder loan facility, it is hoped that it can maximize its business performance and is expected to provide added value for the company as a shareholder of WKR," wrote WSKT Management, through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
For the record, WMR is a business entity owned by WKST through WKR. Currently WKR controls 60% of WMR's shares, while the remainder is owned by PT Bagasasi Inti Pratama.
In the first trading session today, the WSKT share price closed at IDR 202 per share. The company's share price had touched its highest level at IDR 232 per share. (KR/LM)
