JAKARTA - Delta Dunia Makmur Pte Ltd (DOID SG), a subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Tbk (DOID), secures an extra capital worth USD 10 million from issuing 10 million shares.

In the information disclosure quoted today (5/4), Dian Sofia Andyasuri, Director of DOID, mentioned that the entire shares issued by DOID SG are acquired by PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), also another subsidiary of DOID.

After this capital raise, the shareholder structure of DOID SG now consists of DOID of 13.79% (from 100%), and BUMA of 86.21%.

DOID SG is under Singaporean law, established on November 15, 2022, with an authorised capital of USD 100 and extra capital of USD 800,000 given in March 2023. This subsidiary of DOID is engaged in the management consultancy service industry. (LK/ZH)
