PORT secured container stevedoring contract in Tanjung Priok Port
JAKARTA. PT Nusantara Pelabuhan Handal Tbk (PORT), through its subsidiary, PT Mustika Alam Lestari (MAL), announces the latest contract signed with PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (PTP).
Said contract will cover the container stevedoring service at Dermaga 300, as well as its stacking area, in Tanjung Priok Port. However, the value of this contract between MAL and PTP is not publicly disclosed.
Lina, Corporate Secretary of PORT, said that the cooperation will take effect starting from April 14, 2024. This partnership will continue until April 2, 2049. “Or until earlier termination, according to the conditions stated in the agreement,” she added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
“The contract will affect the company’s business sustainability, making positive contribution towards the company,” said Lina.
According to IDNFinancials data, PORT’s stock price was seen weakening 2.05% or 15 points to IDR 715 per share until 10.02 AM WIB today (16/4). However, since the beginning of this year (year-to-date), it grew 1.42% or 10 points. (KR/ZH)
