JATI to allocate dividend of 30% of 2023 net profit
JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (JATI) agreed upon the allocation of cash dividend of 30% of its net profit in 2023 worth IDR 2.68 billion. JATI’s profit reportedly dropped 817.04% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 24.56 billion in 2022.
In the information disclosure quoted today (16/4), Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) was attended by shareholders representing 2.611 billion shares or 80.046% of total shares with valid votes issued by the company. The dividend allocation was then approved by 99.98% of attendees of AGMS on April 5.
As of March 2023, JATI’s shareholders consist of PT Jati Piranti Solusindo of 64%, PT Amanah Ayah Anak of 16%, Jusuf Syariffudin of 0%, and the public of 20%. The ultimate beneficiary of shares is Jusuf Syariffudin.
This company, debuting on the board on May 8, 2023, records 3.26 billion units of listed shares, consisting of founders’ shares of 2.61 billion, and public’s of 652.50 million shares. The IPO offering price was set to IDR 100.
Prior to public listing, the company scored revenue of IDR 346.89 billion and profit of IDR 13.48 billion in 2021, before increasing to IDR 507.34 billion and IDR 24.56 billion in 2022. (LK/ZH)
