JAKARTA - Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi, the founder and CEO of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), purchased 496.22 million, or nearly half a billion, FILM shares on Thursday, April 4. This investor currently owns 5.22% stake in this film production house.

Aside from that, noteworthy updates came from the poultry farming company PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), where PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk acquired 117.80 million more WMUU shares, resulting in a 31.3% ownership stake. However, two other WMUU investors did sell shares, beginning with PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, which released 234.37 million shares, and PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, which released 117.80 million. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), an issuer engaged in coal mining contractor services, conducted the subsequent share sale, selling 646.55 million of its own shares. PT Union Sampoerna then sold 37 million shares in PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), a securities company.
