JAKARTA – Jakarta Composite Index opened strongly at 7,209.38 at today’s (17/4) morning session. Yesterday (16/4), JCI was seen dropping to 7,164.80 at the end of the afternoon trading session.

As monitored through Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the index’s positive shift was temporary as it was seen weakening nearing 11 AM WIB. At 9.20 AM WIB, JCI was seen peaking at IDR 7,220.90 before slipping again to 7,196.69 at 10.37 AM WIB.

Positive sentiment impacted other indexes, including LQ45 that grew 0.32% to 938.371, IDX30 that rose 0.42% to 475.473, IDX80 that went up 0.04% to 129.895, and IDXESGL that shifted 0.22% up to 154.974. (LK/ZH)
