JAKARTA – Shareholders reportedly approved PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk’s (EAST) plan to distribute cash dividend of IDR 10.10 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2023. With this approval, total dividend of this company for FY 2023 is IDR 35.91 billion or IDR 8.703 per share.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (18/4), Muhammad Anis, Director of EAST, confirmed that the final dividend is set to IDR 2.45 per share, taken out of its 2023 net profit, as well as accumulated profit from the previous fiscal year.

Aside from this, shareholders had agreed upon interim dividend distribution for FY 2023 from its current year’s net profit, worth IDR 8.05 billion or IDR 1.95 per share, which was disbursed on June 8, 2023; another dividend interim of IDR 1.80 per share or IDR 7.42 billion on August 30, 2023; and the most recent interim dividend of IDR 2.5 per share or IDR 10.31 billion on December 7, 2023.

In 2023, this issuer recorded revenue of IDR 106.35 billion and profit of IDR 38.43 billion. In 2022, the revenue clocked up to IDR 86.44 billion, and net profit reached IDR 29.76 billion. The increase of EAST’s financial performance is in line with the operational performance, as indicated through occupancy rate of over 96%. (LK/ZH)
