JAKARTA – In the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) managed to book marketing sales of IDR 560 billion. The company’s target of marketing sales this year matches last year, IDR 1.8 trillion.

Tondy Suwanto, President Director of DMAS, mentioned that said marketing sales have reached approximately 31% of total marketing sales target of IDR 1.81 trillion until the end of 2024. “In Q1, the company managed to sell 18 hectares (Ha) of industrial land,” he said in the press release quoted Thrusday (18/4).

According to Suwanto, approximately 50% of industrial land sold earlier this year came from data centre sector. Until the end of this year, the demand from the data centre sector has indeed reached 50% of 90 Ha of the available industrial land.

It is said that he ever-increasing demand for industrial land in GIIC of Kota Deltamas is in line with the development of information technology, digital transformation, and internet penetration. “It includes the booming trend and euphoria of the utilisation of artificial intelligence (AI),” Suwanto said.
