JAKARTA. PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE), an IT company popularly known as Indonet, has given an extension of credit limit for one of its subsidiaries, PT Ekagrata Data Gemilang (EDG).

Donauly Elena Situmorang, Director of EDGE, said that previously, the company granted a shareholder loan facility worth IDR 120 billion to EDG on June 28, 2023. With this extra limit of IDR 170 billion, total loan facility channelled by the company to EDG is IDR 290 billion.

The revolving loan facility is charged with a floating interest rate with a period of 1 year since the withdrawal date. “The transaction is not categorised as material transaction,” said Situmorang in the information disclosure.

According to IDNFinancials data, EDG is a company fully owned by EDGE. The subsidiary, established in 2018, is engaged in the hosting service business. Its total assets as of September 30, 2023, were recorded at IDR 2.14 trillion.

Total consolidated assets of EDGE as of September 2023 clocked up to IDR 2.37 trillion, with cash and cash equivalent of IDR 148.33 billion. Meanwhile, its total equity was recorded at IDR 1.39 trillion. (KR/ZH)
