After investing 85.92 million shares, Reksa Dana Sucorinvest now owns 5.37% of Gema Grahasarana (GEMA)
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, April 16, PT Gema Grahasarana Tbk (GEMA), an interior contractor and furniture manufacturer, welcomed a new investor from the Reksa Dana Sucorinvest Equity Fund. Through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, 85.92 million GEMA shares were acquired, giving this investor a current ownership stake of approximately 5.37%. Another new investor, PT Firstindo Finansial Corpora, bought 51.88 million shares in PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), giving it a 5.19% stake.
In the oil and gas sector, PT Shima Global Kapital was spotted buying 45.40 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) through three brokerage firms. A parent company, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, then purchased 33.73 million shares of financial services company PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), followed by individual investor Eric Budisetio Kurniawan, who added 1 million shares of plastic manufacturer PT Sinergi Inti Plastindo Tbk (ESIP) to his portfolio.
On the other hand, PT. Ahabe Niaga Selaras released up to 350.40 million shares of the automotive company PT Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS), followed by PT. Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia, which released 5.30 million shares of cosmetics and aerosol producer PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO). In addition, individual investor Tan John Tanuwijaya sold approximately 5.72 million shares of the foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), reducing his ownership from 73.87% to 73.75%. Finally, two foreign investors were seen selling stock: GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 30.67 million of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares, and BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds, which sold 1.08 million shares of TOTO Japan's sole distributor, PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO).
