JAKARTA. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP), through PT OCBC NISP Ventura, has increased its investment in PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia.

Ivonne P. Chandra, Corporate Secretary of NISP, said that the investment channelled by NISP Ventura amounts to IDR 3 billion. It is known that OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia is a company affiliated with the company as they share the same shareholder structure.

The purpose of this investment channelled by NISP Ventura to OCBC Sekuritas Indoensia is not specifically disclosed. However, in mid-2023, NISP had also increased its capital in NISP Ventura by IDR 99.9 billion.

The total assets owned by NISP until late 2023 were recorded at IDR 249.75 trillion, with cash worth IDR 972.53 billion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 37.32 trillion. (KR/ZH)
