JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) will pay off Series A of Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase I Year 2020 worth a total of IDR 190.34 billion.

Mahendar Vijaya, Corporate Secretary of WIKA, mentioned that the payment of sukuk is set to next week, on April 29. The payment includes delayed sukuk payment of IDR 184 billion and consent fees, as well as a fine covering the period from December 18, 2023, to April 29, 2024, worth IDR 6.34 billion.

The payment of Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase I Year 2020 was a decision made during the General Meeting of Sukuk Holders last week (3/4). The decision is made based on voting, in which the company recorded sukuk holder of 450.3 billion votes, representing 90.60% of total holders. (LK/ZH)
