JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk (ASRM) agreed upon the allocation of cash dividend of the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 19.77 billion or IDR 65 per share. This dividend remains stable compared to 2022, although its profit grew annually.

In the minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders quoted today (25/4), Adi Ratna Punggawa, Corporate Secretary of ASRM, mentioned that the dividend payment for shareholders is scheduled to take place next month (22/5) according to the list by the recording date on May 6, 2024. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 2-3, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on May 6-7.

In 2023, the net profit attributable to the parent entity reached IDR 88.78 billion, 2.65% year-on-year (yoy) higher from IDR 86.49 billion seen in 222. The unrestricted retained earnings also shifted 37.09% yoy from IDR 50.33 billion to IDR 69 billion, while total equity rose 7.25% yoy from IDR 614.1 billion to IDR 658.70 billion. (LK/ZH)
