JAKARTA - PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) will share cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 714.12 billion. This amount is equal to 57.51% of total net profit of IDR 1.21 trillion.

Martua Sihaloho, Director of CMRY, confirmed that the company will distribute cash dividend on May 20, 2024, to shareholders listed by the recording date on May 8, 2024. “Shareholders will receive cash dividend of IDR 90 per share,” he mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Friday (26/4).

This dividend allocation had been approved by shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 6, 2024. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 7.40 billion shares, or equal to 93.29% of total shares with valid votes.

The dividend allocated for the fiscal year 2023 is higher than the 2022 dividend allocation of IDR 555.42 billion or IDR 70 per share. It was equivalent to 52.37% of 2022 net profit of IDR 1.06 trillion. (LK/ZH)
