JAKARTA - On Tuesday, April 23, roughly 582.06 million shares of PT Multi Garam Utama Tbk (FOLK), a creative and consumer holding company, were handed over. PT Sumber Garam Pratama handed down these shares via PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia, decreasing its ownership from 46.31% to 31.56%. PT Garam Ventura Indonesia, on the other hand, increased its ownership significantly from 30.73% to 45.47% after acquiring these shares.

Foreign investor Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd. then acquired 19.07 million shares of pharmaceutical issuer PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), increasing its ownership from 40.48% to 44.04%. However, another PYFA investor, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, sold 26.21 million shares instead.

The following notice came from hospital operator PT Royal Prima Tbk (PRIM), where individual investor Robin added 6.51 million shares to his portfolio. The majority shareholder of PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR), PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, later purchased 4.03 million shares of this transportation company, also known as Batavia Rent. PT Bogamulia Nagadi also purchased 3.14 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), a pharmaceutical company.

Tan John Tanuwijaya, an individual investor, however, sold 8.14 million shares of the foundation specialized company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR) through PT Sucor Sekuritas. PT Tritirta Inti Mandiri was seen selling shares, specifically 3.50 million shares, in furniture manufacturer PT Chitose Internasional Tbk (CINT). Finally, the foreign investor GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 4.66 million shares in the technology company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). (KD)
