JAKARTA - On Thursday, April 25, PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS) welcomed PT Roket Cipta Sentosa as a new investor and controlling shareholder. Without hesitation, this investor purchased 1.06 billion shares of the holding company that supports airport service, acquiring 51% ownership. This transaction was handled by PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk. In contrast, another CASS investor, SATS Ltd., S/A Cemerlang Pte. Ltd., reduced its ownership. This investor sold approximately 205.63 million shares, reducing its stake to around 10.15%.

PT Sanca Griya Modalindo has also become a new investor in PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML), a sea shipping and logistics company. A total of 93.25 million BSML shares were acquired, resulting in a 5.04% stake. However, BSML's controller, PT Goldfive Investment Capital, released 2.14 million shares, reducing its shareholding from 44.74% to 44.62%.

PT Sumber Teknologi Mulia has also recently invested in PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT), which provides financial consulting services. This investor purchased 362.71 million shares, representing 7.25% of the total number of shares. Furthermore, the mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) announced another share buyback, this time for 10 million shares. PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk also bought 1.55 million shares of transportation company PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR), also known as Batavia Rent.

Meanwhile, individual investor Tan John Tanuwijaya reduced his shareholding by selling 8.59 million shares of the specialist foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR). The controller of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, also sold approximately 2.23 million SMMA shares, while the investor of the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal of The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia sold approximately 945,500 shares of the building construction company PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), or Totalindo.
